It makes you faster and safer with the knife, and it stays in your hands long after the course.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe start with the theory. You find out why a sharp knife is safer than a dull one, and what the different knife types are made for. Then you cut vegetables yourself, into slices, sticks, dice and strips, and we correct you as you go.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe course is taught by Lasse, a chef with long experience from leading kitchens in Norway and abroad, including kitchens with a Michelin star.
