Our knife sharpeners go on a study trip to Japan to learn more about the art of knife sharpening and Japanese knives. We will therefore have limited staffing at the grinding workshop for a short period.

Due to this trip, we will have limited staffing at the grinding workshop between 15 June and 9 July . Therefore knives sent to us after 15 June will not be sharpened until we are back on 9 July .

The online shop will continue to operate and all knives, equipment and knife sharpening packages will be sent from us as normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask our customers to wait to send in their knives until after we have returned.
