We go through various techniques to achieve the best result from knife to knife.
You will receive personal guidance throughout the course and help with sharpening along the way.
To become good at sharpening knives, it is important to practice a lot. After the course, you will have a good starting point for further training, and tips for equipment that you can have yourself.
Finally, we will go over what you can do to keep your knife sharp for as long as possible.
Who can attend the course?
The course is suitable for everyone, whether you have never sharpened knives before or want to sharpen your skills. We will tailor the course to you based on your previous experience.
Whether you are a chef, an apprentice, interested in cooking or just want to try something new - this is for you! Feel free to bring a friend or two and make it an enjoyable experience with knowledge you are sure to use.
After completing the course you will be able to:

What do I need?
Bring some knives for sharpening - you can bring anything here, whether it's an IKEA knife or a dull Victorinox.
We provide all equipment, but feel free to bring your own rocks if you wish.
Where and when?
The course is held at our workshop in Trondheim at Fossegrenda 24 and lasts approximately 2 hours.
How many people is there room for?
There is room for 6 course participants on each course.
