Hunting and outdoor knives

Here you will find outdoor knives and folding knives from Japan, for hunting, fishing and trips outdoors. The blades take more than a kitchen knife: cold water, rough use and work where you do not always have a cutting board.

The outdoor knives from Seki Kanetsune in Seki have Damascus blades with a core of blue carbon steel. The higonokami is the traditional Japanese folding knife, which fits in your pocket and takes care of the fruit on a trip. Carbon steel must be dried after use, and that goes double outdoors. We also sharpen hunting and outdoor knives.
