Saisei is a mark of quality we put on used knives that we have sharpened and restored with care.
So Saisei is not a knife brand in the sense that we made the knives from scratch.
The knives come from different knife makers, and in most cases we do not know who made them.
Where we do know the maker, we put it in the product name and description.
