We are proud to present our self-developed leather strap for knives. The leather strap is used as the last step to remove the raw egg and to get a polished and sharp egg.
We strongly recommend using together with polishing paste, such as e.g. green Dialux.
Polishing paste is applied to the rough side of the leather.
Handmade in solid beech wood and natural leather, embossed with our own logo.
Developed and designed in Trondheim.

How to use a leather strap?
Start on the rough side of the leather strap. The knife should be pushed with the edge away from the leather strap (without cutting into the leather) with moderate pressure. The angle should be approximately equal to the angle of the knife edge. Repeat along the entire knife edge approximately 5 times on each side of the knife.
Use with polishing paste or diamond spray for better results.
