Saisei is our own knife series, and the name means rebirth in Japanese. Here you find all the Saisei knives: used knives restored in our workshop in Trondheim, IRO with handles made from collected plastic, and unused stock from the 1970s.

IRO has a new Japanese blade and a handle we designed ourselves, cast by hand in Trondheim. Second Hand is used knives from Japan, released in numbered drops. Vintage was forged in Sakai in the 1970s and never used. Pre-owned is knives we buy from our customers through trade-in, restore and sell on.
