Tomatosharp had the pleasure of participating in Umami Arena 2025 , one of the largest meeting places for the food and beverage industry in the Nordics. This year, we presented razor-sharp innovations, live demonstrations of knife sharpening, and exclusive Japanese knives that attracted great attention from both professionals and food enthusiasts.

At the same time, we were honored to sponsor Mikhail Khan , who took 1st place in the Nordic Sushi Cup organized by former world champion Vladimir Pak. We provided both equipment and professional knife sharpening ahead of the competition, and it was incredibly cool to see Mikhail excel with precision and finesse – armed with sharp knives from Tomatosharp. The victory qualifies him for the World Sushi Championship in Japan , and we wish him all the best on the international stage.
