Grindstone package - Tomatosharp edition contains everything you need to achieve razor-sharp results. It includes all the stones you need, as well as a leather strap to polish the edge for a "Tomato Sharp" result.

Tomatosharp Natural Leather Strap is a leather strap that is used as the final step to remove the rough edge, and to get a polished and sharp edge. In this package you will receive Dialux vert, which is a polishing paste to be applied to the rough side of the leather. The leather strap is made of solid beech wood and natural leather.

The package includes three good sharpening stones that are suitable for beginners as well as experienced users. Suitable for all kinds of knives from utility knives, kitchen knives, and various egg tools.

Green stone is coarse with 220 grit, and red stone is medium/fine with 1000 grit, and yellow stone is fine with 3000 grit.

Leaves a sharp and polished edge on the knife if you finish at 3000 grit.

Instructions for use

Place the stone in water and let soak for 5-10 minutes before grinding.
Add water if necessary so that the stone does not become dry during grinding.
Rinse and let the stone dry at room temperature after use.

Finish on a leather strap to polish raw eggs.

Maintenance

If the stone starts to become less effective or the surface becomes uneven, you can use a dressing stone to flatten and clean the stone. We recommend flattening frequently, preferably after each sharpening, to avoid the stone becoming uneven over time.
