Returns
This is a translation for your convenience. The Norwegian version of these terms applies.
Goods from the online shop have a 14-day right of cancellation and 30-day returns on unused goods. Gifts bought in November and December can be exchanged or returned up to and including 15 January.
Register the return before the deadline, or write to support@tomatosharp.no with your order number, your name and the goods you are sending back.
The deadline runs from the day after you received the goods. If the order arrives in several parcels, it runs from the day after you received the last one. It is enough that you have sent your notice within the deadline.
Notify us using the cancellation form, by email, through the returns portal or in the shop at Teknostallen. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after you notified us.
You may examine the knife as you would in a shop. If you have used it on food or sharpened it, we may deduct the value it has lost. The rest of the rules are under Right of cancellation in the terms of purchase.
You have 30 days from the day you received the goods. The right of cancellation applies for the first 14 days. If you buy in November or December, you have until at least 15 January.
The goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused since, with packaging and protection.
30-day returns do not limit the right of cancellation or the right to claim for defects. More is under 30-day returns in the terms of purchase.
You pay the return postage yourself. Send the goods with any carrier you like to Professor Brochs gate 8A, 7030 Trondheim, or hand them in at the shop. If you want a ready-made return label from us, we deduct 95 kr from the refund.
If you cancel, we refund the price of the goods no later than 14 days after we received your notice. If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the cheapest delivery option we offered. We may wait until we have received the goods, or until you have shown that they have been sent.
After the cancellation period, we refund the price of the goods no later than 14 days after we have received them and checked that they are in order. We do not refund the shipping costs.
The money is refunded to the same payment method you used.
Purchases in the shop at Teknostallen have neither a right of cancellation nor 30-day returns. If you order online and collect in the shop, it is an online purchase.
Knives we have engraved with a name, text or logo of your choice have neither a right of cancellation nor 30-day returns. If the engraving is wrong, you make a claim as usual.
Sharpening and other services you order online have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day after you ordered. 30-day returns do not apply to services.
Courses on a fixed date have no right of cancellation. Cancelling a booking is covered under Courses in the terms of purchase.
Gift cards do not have 30-day returns. You can cancel an unused gift card within 14 days of receiving it.
If there is a fault in the goods, make a claim to support@tomatosharp.no. If the claim is justified, we pay the shipping costs. Deadlines and rights are under Defects and warranty in the terms of purchase.
