The knife in the photo is the knife you get. 30-day returns.
Condition
We have removed rust and chips, polished the blade and put on a new edge. Scratches and patina from the previous owner may remain, and you can see them in the photos.
Do it yourself
In the shop you can buy a used knife as it came from Japan and restore it yourself. If you would rather we did the work, we set a price once we have seen the knife.
