Description
Stainless steel whisk, designed by the Japanese industrial designer Sori Yanagi.
It whips cream, egg whites, pancake batter and sauces, in a pan or a bowl. We also stock the Sori Yanagi steel bowls.
Rinse the whisk straight after use so the batter does not set between the wires, and dry it. We also stock tongs, ladles and a turner from Sori Yanagi.
