Yuzu juice 100 ml, HAGURUMA

100 % pure, unsweetened and very aromatic juice from the Asian citrus fruit yuzu. A few drops are enough to lift drinks, ponzu sauces, mayonnaise and delicate desserts.

For the best result, use the juice drop by drop as a concentrated flavouring. It balances the acidity in a homemade ponzu, works well whisked into mayonnaise or light emulsions, and makes an aromatic finish over raw seafood, crudo and sashimi. The flavour is intense, so a few drops are enough for a whole dish.
