How to measure the knife blade:
Use a ruler or tape measure and measure the length from the heel of the knife to the tip.
The sizes are only indicative and can often be adapted to knives of different lengths.

Description
The octagonal handle is cast at Plasteriet in Trondheim to our design, from collected plastic (PP). Every handle is cast by hand, so the colour varies a little. Fits gyuto, santoku, nakiri and other blades from 120 to 300 mm.
