Ramen 186 g, ITSUKI Sapporo miso

Itsuki Sapporo Miso is a Sapporo-style ramen from Hokkaido in northern Japan, the home of miso ramen. Full, round and warming miso broth with deep umami, served with firm noodles that stay springy in the rich soup. 2 servings, ready in a few minutes.

Boil the noodles in 500 ml of boiling water (900 ml for two servings) for 2½–3 minutes, stirring gently. Remove from the heat, stir in the soup base until fully dissolved, and serve straight away. Top with corn, butter, bean sprouts, spring onion or a marinated egg, the classic Sapporo toppings.
