Ponzu 340 ml, MORITA

A fresh, citrus-based soy sauce. Morita Ponzu balances the deep salty umami of soy with the fresh acidity of Asian citrus fruit. A good dip for gyoza or tataki, or a salad dressing.

For best results, use it straight from the bottle as a dipping sauce for gyoza, crudo, sashimi or beef tataki. The light, tart profile also makes it a good base for Asian vinaigrettes, or drizzled over grilled white fish and fresh salads.
