Dashi 340 ml, MORITA Shiro

Morita Shiro Dashi is a Japanese soup base with light soy sauce and deep umami. It quickly adds body and balanced flavour to soups, noodles, stews, sauces and Japanese dishes.

Shiro dashi is a simple base when you want clean, round, salty umami without darkening the dish. Good for udon, ramen, miso soup, vegetables, fish, egg dishes and marinades.

Concentrated flavour: use small amounts and adjust to taste.
