Curry 92 g, S&B Golden Curry Hot

S&B Golden Curry Hot is the hot version in S&B's Golden Curry range, Japan's best-selling curry brand, in a solid block (roux). Break off the amount you want, stir it into the pot, and you get a rounded, full Japanese curry sauce with clear, strong heat. For you if you want more kick than Medium Hot gives. Contains no meat or animal ingredients.

Fry onion, meat or vegetables (classic: potatoes, carrot, onion), add water and simmer until tender. Turn down the heat, break off the curry block and stir until it has fully dissolved. Simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over steamed rice, with katsu, pickled vegetables (fukujinzuke) or nori if you like.
