Curry 92 g, S&B Golden Curry medium

S&B Golden Curry Medium Hot is a Japanese curry mix in a solid block (roux), from Japan's best-selling curry brand. Break off the amount you want, stir it into the pot, and you get a rounded, full-bodied Japanese curry sauce with mild to medium heat: enough for a clear kick, but far from fiery. Contains no meat or animal ingredients.

Fry onion, meat or vegetables (classic: potatoes, carrot, onion), add water and simmer until tender. Turn down the heat, break up the curry block and stir until fully dissolved. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over steamed rice, with katsu, pickled vegetables (fukujinzuke) or nori.
