S&B La-Yu is a well-known Japanese chilli oil infused with deeply aromatic sesame oil. Use it to add spicy heat and depth to any Asian dish.

For the best result, add just a few drops to a steaming bowl of ramen, mix it into a gyoza dip with a little soy sauce, or drizzle it over fried rice just before serving. You get the full aroma without the heat taking over.
