Description
These kitchen scissors are a piece of craft, forged in Japanese steel and supplied in a paulownia wood box. They are very sharp and work well for cutting up fish and a whole chicken, and can also crack nuts or break the shells of small crabs and langoustines. The scissors are 21 cm in total, and the blade is 7 cm.
The blades come apart easily for cleaning and sharpening.
