Description

Udon bowl from the Aurora series. It is pure white in the centre, inside and out, and shifts to light blue towards the rim, which is bronze. The glaze is glossy.

Ceramics from Gifu in Japan. Gifu is the home of Mino ware (minoyaki). Each piece is checked and glazed by hand, so the glaze settles a little differently each time.

For udon, soba and other noodle soups, or a large portion of rice with toppings.
