Wok 31 cm, BEKA Nomad carbon steel

BEKA Nomad Wok 31 cm is a light, sturdy carbon steel wok, made for high heat, fast frying and precise cooking. The pan gets better the more it is used. As the carbon steel darkens, it develops a non-stick coating that improves frying over time.

The wok has a base and wall thickness of about 2 mm, which spreads heat well and handles high temperatures. It suits all hobs, including induction, and can also be used on a grill.

The acacia wood handle stays cool during use and gives a comfortable grip while cooking.

For the longest life, wash the pan by hand in hot water, dry it well and oil it lightly after use. Avoid the dishwasher, the oven and sudden temperature changes.
