Frying pan 24 cm, BEKA Evolution without handle

This is one of our favourites here at Tomatosharp. We have tested it thoroughly on both induction and gas, and it gives an even, good result every time, whether we fry eggs, meat or vegetables. The stainless steel core gives good heat distribution, and the modular design makes it practical on a busy weekday.

The pan comes without a handle, but can be combined with both a short and a long handle, depending on what you prefer. We particularly like that it takes up less space in the drawer and can go straight into the oven.

Our tips for the best frying results:

Preheat the pan on medium heat (6–7 of 9) for 2–3 minutes. When you can drip water into the pan and it gathers into small 'beads' that dance around, the temperature is right. Then add a little oil and start frying. The food releases more easily, and you get a good crust without anything sticking.
