About Hexclad
Hexclad has a 3-ply core with magnetic stainless steel, which gives very even heat distribution. That means you can use lower heat and still get good results, quickly and evenly. Hexclad is the only pan on the market that is non-stick on both the inside and the outside, which makes it very easy to clean.
The coating is made with TerraBond™ ceramic non-stick technology, free from PTFE and PFAS. You get a pan that releases food easily and still handles hard use and metal utensils.
