Pan handle, BEKA Evolution long, steel

This is the long handle we use ourselves with the BEKA R'evolution pans. It clicks into place easily and stays put during use, and it is easy to remove before you put the pan in the oven or the dishwasher.

The handle is made of solid stainless steel and has good ergonomics for safe, comfortable handling, also when the pan is heavy. The design suits both home and professional kitchens.

We recommend the long handle if you like good control when you lift, turn or shake the pan while cooking.
