Description

Hatsukokoro Ginrei Ginsan Nashiji Nakiri 165 mm is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife, made for quick, straight and precise cuts. The flat blade profile makes it well suited to chopping and cutting vegetables efficiently without any rocking motion.

The knife is forged in Ginsan (Silver 3) stainless steel, which takes a very sharp edge and wears well, while staying easy to look after. That makes it a practical choice for home cooks and professionals alike.

The nashiji finish gives the blade a distinctive, lightly textured surface that helps food stick less, and a traditional look.

A specialised knife for when you want precision and efficiency working with vegetables.
