Japanese grilling at home with the GREEN LIFE Konro BBQ Shichirin Large: a roomy konro grill made for high direct heat, precise control and full flavour. The large grilling surface suits yakitori, yakiniku, seafood, vegetables and smaller cuts of meat. The grill takes about 10–12 skewers at once, so you can cook several small servings in a row.

The compact metal build makes the grill easier to handle than traditional ceramic konro grills. The grate can be raised to give more distance to the charcoal when the food needs gentler heat. Use binchotan or another long-burning hardwood charcoal. It gives high, steady heat, little smoke and good control through the whole cook.
