Description

The KAMEYUKI 1K6 series is our natural starting point for Japanese kitchen knives: a sensible choice if you want good performance and quality without unnecessary complexity. It is one of our most affordable series and offers a good balance of price, function and craftsmanship.

The blade is made of stainless steel that combines solid performance with easy care, and suits home cooks and professionals alike. The tsuchime finish gives a traditional, hand-worked look and reduces friction against the food while cutting. The result is a balanced, practical knife for daily use.

As part of the KAMEYUKI series, the Nakiri 170 mm is designed to work together with the Santoku 180 mm. Together they make a complete knife set that covers most tasks in the kitchen.

Available as part of our starter kit.

Customer photo review of Grønnsakskniv 170 mm, Kameyuki 1K6 Tsuchime Nakiri
