Rubber cutting board, PARKER ASAHI Professional black

Cutting board from Parker Asahi. Very gentle on the edge and keeps the knife sharp for a long time without shedding microplastics. Made from rubber with wood fibre in the mix. We recommend hand washing, but it can go in a professional dishwasher now and then to disinfect it.

The board has good weight and grip, so it stays steady on the worktop, whether you use it professionally or at home.
