HADO

The Shiosai series is the core of HADO: bunka, ko-bunka and k-gyuto with handles in mahogany or stabilised wood. We also carry the collaboration knives HADO x SAISEI in Ginsan, Sumi, Junpaku and Kirisame, several of them with a laser-ground edge or a burnt oak handle. And HADO is more than knives: tenugui cloths drawn by Huber Aoi.
