Description
The NIGARA HAMONO Anmon SG2 Petty 150 mm is a precise knife that gives good control for small, detailed tasks in the kitchen. The short blade suits cutting herbs, small vegetables, fruit and finer filleting work. SG2 steel gives a very sharp edge that lasts, and the thin grind gives clean, precise cuts with little resistance.
The Damascus pattern and ergonomic handle make the knife both a working tool and a beautiful object in the kitchen. The handle gives a good, secure grip, even during long use. A tool for professional chefs and home cooks who want precision and elegance in one.
