Many knives from here are hollow ground, and many have tsuchime, the hammered surface with small dimples. Aogami Super with stainless cladding is common, and SG2 is widely used. Here you find the smiths Yu Kurosaki, Yoshimi Kato, Makoto Kurosaki and Takeshi Saji, and the workshops Takamura and Masutani.
