Description

Takeshi Saji V10 Cross Pine Sujihiki 270 mm is a very good-looking slicer forged in hammered V10 (VG10) steel.

The handle is made of cast pine cone and epoxy, and has a very handsome look of its own. Very good balance on this knife, with the balance point a little further forward.
